Terms and Conditions.
  1. Prices are based on a Saturday - to - Saturday basis except by arrangement.
  2. £80 deposit is required to confirm booking. The balance of which is required to be paid on arrival.
  3. Occupation is from 4pm on the day of hire and guests are required to vacate the cottages by 10am on the day of departure.
  4. Linen is provided.
  5. High Chair and Travel cot can be provided upon request at time of booking.
  6. The hirer is responsible for any damage, breakage or loss caused during the stay.
  7. The accomadation and utensils must be left in a clean and tidy condition. £25 will be charged on arrival and repaid on satisfactory inspection of accomadation.
  8. The owner will not be held responsible for any accidents, loss or damage sustained by the hirer, others or vehicles and goods of any kind.
  9. The number of persons per cottage must not exceed the stated number when booking without the proprietor's permission.
